YUMA, Arizona (KYMA / KECY) – Not that long ago, jobs from home were few and far between. Just as the pandemic has changed daily life for everyone in the world, it has also changed the number of jobs from home.

According to Arizona @ Work, the number of work-from-home jobs has increased significantly.

“They say about 43 percent of the jobs right now can be done virtually. So that’s a big increase, you know, and when you think about it … that’s almost half the jobs in the whole country that you can from too.” Work from home, “says Moises Pimentel, Business Service Consultant.

Pimental went on to explain that many companies are now finding that their businesses are still productive and that their employees are working from home. Some are likely to resume virtual work after the pandemic is over.
